Is there a way to stop user from requesting to be a licenses user?
Is there a way to stop user from requesting to be a licenses user? Other than telling them to stop asking? I have a new role with two new groups reporting to me. I created a calendar for them to view and edit. All of them have requested to be become licenses users and even after the request expired...I am being asked again. Can this function be turned off?

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!

I have the same question and wonder where the enhancement was requested and actioned.
Users being asked constantly are customers and they find it very annoying.

I'm introducing Smartsheet to a new organization and we are only in week one and they are already annoyed by the emails. I feel like a broken record saying just ignore and delete. You don't need a license to be a collaborator.be
This should definitely be an enhancement request. I'm speaking with my rep tomorrow and will see if he knows of any way to stop the emails
