Jira Plug-in IT Support
How do I get someone from Smartsheet IT support to contact me? I received a trial version of the Jira plug-in but having issues get it connected and have been trying to contact support for 2 weeks now. I've created a support ticket, emailed my sales representative, and left a voicemail. Kind of getting frustrated with the lack of support.

I'm having the same issue. I want to use Smartsheet with my Jira cloud instance and it just states that I need to contact my sales rep.
