Gantt VIew in Dashboard

I'm trying to show Portfolio level timeline - so I've created a report and in that report I have start date/end dates and desired start date for the projects in the pipeline. However my Gantt view does not include the full timeline from start to end. It is just showing the Start Date - I would like to show the entire length on the project timeline in the Gantt view.

So they do have those set up...and still not showing in the report Gantt view.

Check to make sure that the correct columns are being referenced/the correct data is in the columns being referenced.

In your first screenshot, it shows inbound cell links to the date columns. If they are direct cell links, that is fine, but if they are formulas with cross sheet references, then they are not the columns being used by your dependency settings. Your second set of screenshots isn't showing any data in the columns being used by the dependency settings.

Check your project settings and make sure that both start and finish have date columns they are running off of.
