Linking Text Boxes in a Dashboard to a Sheet.
A co-worker of mine is trying to link the text boxes in a dashboard to other sheets. I know its possible to link to the words in the text box, yet you cannot link to the title of the box. So I'm curious if there's a work around for the title link or if you can make the textbox itself a link?
Thank You,
Hunter G.

If you go into the advanced settings of the widget, you can set the interaction...

No way to do this for a text box though sadly, wish they had that advanced option for them.
Thank you for responding!

My apologies. I thought you were using a Metric widget instead of a Rich Text. Have you looked at the Shortcut Widget?

Yeah. She has I set up so that the office info is in each box with the location at the top, and with the shortcut widget you're unable to type multiple rows.

I see. If you change the dashboard background to white, you can use a combination of widgets and have them placed so that they look like one. Would that be a possibility?
Or you could type the data into a cell on a sheet and use a metric widget. I have done that before too instead of using a rich text.

Ill pass that by her but that looks like a good solution to the issue she was trying to fix.
Thank You!
