I want my automated email notifications to send per project not as a group. When notification for a group of projects is sent, it is sent in column format which can not be read easily. I like the row format sent with individual updates which is what we want the program to send. How do I make multiple changes to multiple jobs and have smart sheets send individual update not a group of projects updated in a format that can not be read.

Hi Rick,

Try adding at least one Placeholder value in the message. If I remember correctly, it will still group the notifications if there are more than six at the time it’s triggering.
