Hi Guys,

we have to check a certain number of technical facilities once a week. At the moment we are working with a form in wich you choose the facility you are looking at and the input the relevant data.

Is it possible to choose the right form by scanning a code?

How can you generate Bar- or QR Codes from Smartsheet?

Hi Philipp,

Yes, it is possible to use it to select the correct facility or open a specific form.

You can’t create the code in Smartsheet but it’s possible in Google Sheets and there are several other free/paid options.

How many codes do you need to create?

Would that work?
