Adding free users by sharing sheets not getting notification emails
Hello I am trying to add additional team members to select sheets by sharing. They are not getting email notifications and they cannot log in. Even using their email and link they don't have passwords to log in. Password reset emails are also not coming through. I have confirmed the email accounts. Please help.

It sounds like there may be a spam blocker that is preventing the automated emails from getting through. Please have all of your team members check their spam or junk folder.
If they cannot find the emails there, please have each of them contact Support, or contact Support yourself, providing all the email addresses affected. (See here for more troubleshooting and how to contact Support).

We tried that, i even went as far as to have our IT team update the spam blockers for the company. I will check out the link and see if that helps.
