Automated update request: single row versus multiple row.
I set up an automated workflow to request updates from assigned task contact in column. There are 5 assigned contacts with multiple rows assigned to each. The automated workflow triggered without any issues and all 5 received emails. However, 3 of the contacts received on email listing out each of the rows and 2 of the contacts received an email for each row (which is what was supposed to happen). Why/How did the 3 receive the single email with condensed update request? Thank you Smartsheet community!

Hi L'Erin,
The condensed email sends when there are more than six rows that are included in the notification.
I hope that helps!
Have a fantastic week!

Thank you Andree! That makes sense. Is there a way to disable that from combining rows?

Happy to help!
The only way I can think of would be that structure it so no more than six rows trigger each time.
Make sense?
