Is it possible to have a fixed URL to a sheet with filters without having to create a report?

Different users would like to see different set of rows in a large sheet based on filters. I do understand that I can create a report for each filter combination. However, if I do not want to create a zillion reports, but create filters and embed links to the "filtered" sheet in a dashboard, is that possible?

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment to embed a filtered view in the dashboard, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment to have your vote added

As a possible workaround, you could add the links to the filtered views by copying/pasting the URL for the specific views.
