Report Builder Issue - Need Help Please!!!!

Can anyone please help me, I have an issue with Report Builder. While creating a report, I have selected the source sheet and while moving on to Columns to Display option. It is not displaying the columns from the selected source? Why is that?

It looks like you are building a Summary Report instead of a Row Report.

Thank you, that helped, but I'm trying to create a pie chart by the count of column Component. is it possible?

It is possible, but not with a report. To create counts you will need to use COUNTIFS formulas to get the numerical count of each piece you want reflected in your pie chart. You will need this data in a table format that can be referenced by the Chart Widget on your Dashboard.

Thanks Paul, is there any link which can guide me to create in a table format? I guess report cannot have COUNTIFS, only sheet can have those formulas.

You are correct that the table will need to be on a sheet. It can either be the same sheet as the data or on a different sheet from the data. It is your choice based on what works best for you. If you would like to give me some details I could help you build out the table.

Here is the screenshot. All I need to do is to build a report which tell me how many zoom request were created per Component. I'm trying to do that in Pie-Chart. This data is in a sheet. In other words all I need is the unique Components count in the form of pie-chart or any other way. In this case HSC Academic Department - 7, UNMH - 1 and UNM MG -1

Are you able to re-post the screenshot but replace sensitive data with "dummy data"?
