Smartsheet Calendar Populates on Outlook Calendar

If we use the Outlook Smartsheet app, will calendar items on Smartsheet be pushed to the users Outlook?

They will be so long as the user has synced the Smartsheet to their Outlook Calendar, but it is delayed by up to 15 minutes.
