Do I have to have Outlook to use Smartsheet?

I am just getting started and I have not even been able to download the program on my MacBook Pro because I only see links to the App Store for the iPhone and the iPad. Is it because I do not have Outlook or MS365?

You need to go to https://app.smartsheet.com/b/home and log in because there isnโt a desktop app.
