When completing our regular back-up of files and sheets within Smartsheet can I check if files not shared with the admin can be backed up or would each user have to back-up files they have created or have access to?

Anyone shared to the Sheet or Workspace can see recent backups, even if they didn't create the backup themselves. However, backups are available for download for up to four weeks following the backup date. After four weeks, the links to the backups will become unavailable.

Thanks for the reply, am I right in thinking if a sheet isn't shared with an Admin the Admin can then not do a backup of the sheet? Or is there a separate process to allow the Admin to create a full backup of the system?
