Adding dependencies halfway through the timeline

Greetings,

Are there another dependencies apart from the four inbuilt ones (SS,FF, SF,FS) ?

I need to link milestones halfway through some of the tasks.

For example : If task A takes place over 10 days and on the 3rd day, there a milestone to be reached, how do we create the dependency between the two ?

You would have to have separate tasks to achieve that

Milestones are 0 day tasks
