I have created a form. People completing the form state it is timing out. What would cause this?

I have them clear browsing history and make sure they are not using explorer. Some are having no issues but others I have had to complete for them and I have had no issues.

• Are they using it on mobile or desktop?
• Are they using the app?
• Are you using challenge/response?
