Is it possible to create an account that would be a "view only" version of an existing account?
We know you can share individual "view only" records, and we do this with our suppliers. What we are interested in here is to have an separate internal account from within our company be able to see ALL records and results from an existing account but not be able to do any editing. Is this possible?

Hi Brenda,
You could create a new account under a generic company email address, add this account to the Org as a Free Collaborator (you don't have to give it a license to view information), then share this email address to every workspace in the company with Viewer permissions.
If you want to make sure this email is shared to all the relevant items, the System Admin for your multi-user plan can download a "Sheet Access Report" to see the names of all the sheets created in your plan and who the owner is.
- To find out who your System Admin is, check your Main Contact under the Account Admin window: (see here)
- To find out more information on the different types of reports a System Admin can download: (see here)
- To find out more information on Free Collaborators: (see here)
Let me know if this will work for you, or if you have any other questions.
Cheers!
Genevieve
