What will happen to my current period remaining of my subscription ?


I'm on a Basic plan  and the Renewal Date is 11/12/2016 monthly plan

If I upgrade to monthly team plan do I will lose my current remaining of my subscription ?

Or you will add the current period remaining to the new period ?

    Hello! You should receive a prorated refund of your remaining Basic plan subscription, but I'd recommend emailing finance@smartsheet.com with your question as they can be more specific and give you the best answer.
