Automatic pre-written emails to one or more recipients

Hi

I have a scenario where data is being entered through web form (created via smartsheet). Among the questionnaire which are YES or NO checkbox. If any form has YES checked, then an automatic pre-written email has to be sent to single or group of users.

Is it possible without integrating with Zapier or any other tools?

Andree is correct. I am setting up a sheet with 5 automated workflows that are going to external users that submit data into the webform.

However, what I'm running into is that the format of the Smartsheet automated email is not very customer friendly. I has a "Login" button in the email header and a lot of workflow info in the email footer.

I'm considering working with one of my developers to create a process using APIs to grab the data and email it.

However, will have to figure out to autogenerate an email via one of our company email boxes.

Will let you know how it goes.
