Contact List - Auto Populate ?
Is there a way that Microsoft Office can automatically pull in our contact listing from Outlook into the Smartsheets Contact listing vs. having to manually type everyone in the organizations name?

Have you already added them to your "My Smartsheet Contacts" list? Not sure if this would help you but it helped me greatly!
Click on the profile head at the top right of your screen
Select My Smartsheet Contacts
Select Import Contact
from there you can sign into your email address and import all your contacts. Once that is done, when you are adding people in your screenshot, the name and email address will already be there.

You would need to export your Outlook contacts into a .csv file then import that file into Smartsheet.
