Send an Email Form Intact to Others

Hello - I have created a form to capture nomination information for an award. The link is on the web where people would enter their information and submit it to me. I then have to send the information to a committee to review and I would like for them to be able to see the form and not the grid as it is harder to read and there may be many to review.

Is there a way for me to send the completed forms in a form, report or dashboard format as opposed to a grid?

Hi Jennifer,

There are a few different options. Here are two examples.

You could send the rows as update requests so they would look similar to the form, or you could save the row as a PDF and send that instead.

What do you think? Would that work?

If you right-click on a row and select print you can print/save it as a PDF.
