How to add multiple values when creating a chart/graph?

How I can pull data from a cell with multiple values to create charts/graphs? Currently, the graph only shows/captures single value from the cell and not the other one. Is there a way around how to get this done? For example, when i am trying to build a bar graph for the values under "Hiring Manager" on row 5 -the second value doesn't appear on the chart.

Each value would need it's own row (or column depending on the setup) for your chart. If you wanted to display both for the same section, you would need to combine them into a single string in another column and use the other column for your chart display.
