Check Box showing as read-only in Dynamic View

Hello,

I am working on a DV for an external party to submit updates to a project. The specific field that I have issues with showing as read only in the DV is a column setup as a Checkbox, I do have a formula in there that checks the box when a condition is met; would this be why the checkbox field is not editable in the DV?? screenshots below - Thanks!!

Yes, in general, if there is a formula, it won’t be editable.
