How can I get a list of collaborators with editor access?

Hello,

I want to send an update reminder to people who have access to a sheet but only to those with editor access.

There is a workflow to send reminders to "everyone shared to this sheet" but I only want to send it to those that will be able to edit (exclude viewers).

Is there a way to get the list of editors shared to the sheet via a formula or any workaround?

Your system admin should be able to download a Sheet Access Report from Account Settings and User Management.

You can either have alerts going to a column like Assigned to, or you can input manual people in alerts and automations.

I'd like to get the list of editors automatically on a cell so that the reminders can be sent to them only.

Is that possible?

We don't currently have a way to automatically add contacts to a cell based on what level of permissions they have on the sheet, you would need to add them manually, either to the cell or to the workflow - please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment!
