Integration issue between Smartsheet and One-drive. Attachments only open in read not edit form?

Hi Team. I have created a destination sheet that contains all the jobs in our business, its progress, status, risks and operations etc. Some jobs have attachments. These attachments I would like to open in edit format from Samsung active tablet, but they only open in read only. On my laptop however the attachment enables edit so I can update in laptop, just not my device. All documents that I attach in the Smartsheet Destination sheet, are saved to shared OneDrive sharepoint which our managers use to save their documents to before then uploading to Smartsheet. Is there a disconnect issue in integration between Smartsheet & Microsoft OneDrive? Can this be fixed? I have attached a screen shot from both my laptop and device. Thank you.

Hi @Geraldine Gray,

It's not currently possible to edit attachments from the Smartsheet App for Android, but this would be a great opportunity to submit a Product Enhancement Request to let our Product team know that you'd like to have this functionality in the Smartsheet Android app.

Hi Alejandra thanks for getting back. I have had some great feedback from helpdesk support as well. I have escalated this to a Product Enhancement Request. I look forward to seeing it work if we can.
