Overall Project Status

I am trying to create an IF statement in regards to overall project status. Our goal is that if 1 ball is red, and the rest is green, then the overall project status is red. However, if only one ball is green then the project is still red.

I found the attached PDF guide that explains a framework formula for implementing what teh author describes as a "weakest link" check, which is the scenario I think you are describing. Hope this helps.
