Formula returning 0% instead of correct value in the sheet...

@Paul Newcome I'm actually having this same issue. My MAX(COLLECT) function is returning "0". I've tried your solution of adding +'"" in a helper column, but to no avail. Any thoughts?

@Kayla Q I don't use an apostrophe. I just use a set of quotes (four little marks instead of 5).
=[Column Name]@row + ""
