Would someone please guide me through setting multiple (back-to-back) "Request an Update" in workflow?
It seems logical and straightforward to me but even after having followed the demo (first pic), I could not get it working.
As shown in the second pic, I was able to get the first leg (manager email) receive notification but not the second leg (Lab work lead email). Email address accuracy has been verified multiple times and multiple emails have been tried.
