Change background color of Forms

I have created a form that is by default Blue Color.

I need to change the color / background of the FORM and add logo. The help says we should be able to do that but there is NO option.

Can anyone please help?

I have enterprise access.

Hi Ali,

The form will use the color and logo that is set for the Workspace the sheet with the form is in.
