assignee data from JIRA not syncing to Smartsheet

Hi there

The JIRA to Smartsheet sync that I have set up pulls through all the JIRA fields except Assignee. I have have tried setting up the column as both text/number and contract list but the data does not pull through.

The workflow is set up as a manual one way flow from JIRA to smart sheets.

Hi Greg!

If you are using Jira Cloud, try using the Assignee Display Name instead of Assignee. That was the only way I was able to sync the data from Jira for Assignee.
