Date Formula to exclude weekends

Hi Friends,

 

I need a formula that would result in a Date = Today + 1 day, but if Date is on a Saturday or Sunday, Date should be the following Monday.

I also need the same for Date = Today + 3 days but the calculated Date should add 3 week days (Mon - Fri) and not be a Saterday or Sunday.

Hope this make sense?
