How do I share my smartsheet contacts with all users? I'd like to be able to have a list of all contacts to be able to use as a "filter/search" item whether I am in Helpdesk/Pipeline/CRM etc.
Is this an option?

Not as you suggest because your Contacts are unique to you, but if you use Groups to do that, you may well get what you want? see the link ...
