We are getting slammed with inquiries to our [email protected] gmail address. I think there's a way to send all those emails to a Smartsheet so I can assign, triage, and track our responses.
Would any of those methods work/help?

Thanks. We have G Suite so the gmail plug-in is already enabled. I guess I just don't know how to use it. Would I make a rule in gmail that when an email is received, addressed to the Info address, it copies the email to a Smartsheet somehow?
