How many rows can a report collect?

I created a report that pulls data from 4 different sheets. It has multiple items on a single date, so calendar view is the only view I am interested in using. The data on the sheets goes up to May, but in the report, it stops showing at April 15. When I look at the report in Grid mode, it is exactly 500 rows. How can I get the remainder of my data to appear or do the reports really have a 500 row limit?

Hi Megan,

The report will show 500 rows per page, but you should have an option to go to next page in the end of the report.

I see now where the next page is and I was able to see the next 500 rows of data. Ocasionally I will need to print the calendar, but since it cuts off right in the middle of the month, is there a way to have more than 500 rows per "page"? What other options are available to fix that? Multiple people will need to use this report too.

When you print you can select the range so you can print everything you need.

That does help a lot. In the meantime (mostly because we're all working from home), is there a way to view a specific range as well? Some of the people who will need to view this document are not quite a savvy as others. It would be helpful to be able to see it all at once instead of having to click on to the next page. If not, we can make do.

Excellent!

Because the calendar will show everything, even empty dates there isn't a way to show it differently.

The premium add-on might be something to explore. Is that an option for you?
