In the row report create the possibility to include columns with information that are in the summary of the spreadsheet. For example in the summary of the spreadsheet we have the fields start date and responsible. Allow the creation of a report of project lines with the tasks of each project, project start date and responsible for the project.

No, I don't believe you can mix the columns from the sheet with the fields from the summary in a Row Summary Report (neither can you add column heading from the sheet into a sheet summary report).

However you could put your Row Summary report onto a Dashboard and above it/next to it place a Metric widget with the Summary data inside? Would that work?
