Possible to one file in multiple workspaces?

Hello,

Is it possible to have a smartsheet and reports in multiple workspaces? I'm creating a separate workspace for a different team that will need access to the master document which resides in another workspace. The first workspace has some additional reports that I do not want to provide access to.

Please advise.

Hi Yogin,

No, you can't have the same object in multiple workspaces, but you can selectively share what the different teams need.

Make sense?

Thank you Andrèe for the idea. Unfortunately it is very inconvenient for a person to receive dozens of un-organized links. I wish SmartSheet will allow sharing sheet across multiple workspaces or, at least, to give selective view of workspace folder and file, keeping the original folder structure.
