Backup tool for one user only?

I am using the backup tool provided through the below link with SmartSheet. The issue we are running into is that we do not need it to backup every single user (this is time consuming and bloats to over 3 gigs of data currently). We are looking to keep this more targeted if at all possible. Has anyone had any luck altering this to backup a single user only, or something similar? Thank you.

You can back up individual workspaces.

We ran that and it got stuck in pending. I currently have a ticket in for that was well.

In the mean time, I went looking for another way to automate the backup process on a tighter time table than once a week. This led me to the marketplace tool, which I can run off a batch file. So, automatic issue solved. Now I just need to find a way to more finely target the data to backup.

Honestly, not backing up the attachments with this tool might work to reduce the bloat to a workable level also, if anyone has had experience on this portion either.

Depending on your needs, you can also set up individual items to be sent as an attachment in an email as either an Excel or PDF doc on a recurring basis.

Granted this could take some work setting up and organizing all of the individual email if you have a lot of things you need backed up regularly.

I guess I am looking for a solution specifically regarding the tool in my original post above. Either of these modifications will work.

1. Backup only a specific user instead of everything in SmartSheet for our account - or -
2. Not backup attachments when the tool is run

I've been using the automatic weekly backup for years in my own business and clients, both with and without attachments, and it's been excellent.
