How do I use the task rollup report to summarize multiple project plans?
I am struggling to get data to show and the other threads on this topic did not help me.

Are you able to provide more detail? Are all of the project plans the same layout and column names? Are you trying to pull a single row report that will pull data from all project plans?

I want to pull the total of the different status's from each plan - total amount "not started", total "complete", etc. Is this even possible? Can it pull data from a column or do I have to have a summary row?

When you say "total amount"... Are you trying to get a count of the rows, or are you trying to pull a report that will display all of the rows?
Basically... Are you trying to pull a report or pull metrics?

Hi,
I’d recommend creating a so-called Master Metric Sheet and either cell-link the project there and add a top row to count it all together as needed and then create a report from that.
Make sense?
Would that work?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic weekend!
