Comment field on Requests and Confirmation emails

There is a comment field added at the bottom of the email that goes to someone as an alert. Is there a way for me to get that field to load into my Smart

sheet line entry in a so that we can see the comment on the request line? This is not a comment field that I have entered on the sheet.

That would be a row comment accessible on the sheet by clicking the little speech bubble to the left of the applicable row or by clicking on the slightly larger one near the top of the right-hand toolbar.

If you want it displayed in a column, you would need to first create that column in the sheet and then make sure it is included in the Automation.
