How can I send a survey to a respondent's email and capture their email WITHOUT having to ask?

I'm struggling with trying to figure out how to send the survey to a respondent's email, have them complete the survey and then capture that email as part of the response - WITHOUT having to ask the respondent to provide their email address. 

This question was asked by a colleague of mine; she said that she simply didn't want to ask for their email on the form, since it's already being sent to them in their email. So, the issue is simply whether Smartsheets can include the respondents email (and possibly their name) as part of the response, without having to ask for it.

Am I missing something - or are we that limited with Smartsheets as far as "Smart" survey returns are concerned?

Hi Stephen,

There are at least two ways to include the email.

1. Have the respondent log in to their Smartsheet account to be able to see/submit the form (if they are a user)
2. Include the email through an URL query string in the form.
