How do I access my account so I can pay my subscription myself?

Hello everyone, I hope you're all doing well!

I was using a premium account paid for by the parent company administrator, but they didn't pay this month, now I'm at home and I can't access smartsheet, it gives me the message in the screenshot provided. My supervisor asked me if there's a way to pay myself for this month until they contact the parent company, but I can't access the account, the only option there is to sign out!
