Sharing Sheet to non-smart sheets user guide

Hello,

 

So we are going to be sharing a sheet to two people who are not SmartSheets Users. I was asked to come up with a simple guide or find the resources about the experiance they will have as a non-SS user. 

Does a guide already exist that I can send them. The only guide I can find is the getting started 30 minute video and that is more detailed towards a SmartSheets user vs a contributer.
