good morning

It is a pleasure to greet you, I comment that we have problems when we add a user, in case the application is not sending the mail

Of inviting to the user, that is why the new user can not enter the application

    Hello José—It's likely that your company's email system is blocking automatic emails from the Smartsheet application. This issue can occur at any time, even if users were previously receiving emails from Smartsheet or are receiving some, but not all emails.

     

    To resolve this, have your IT team whitelist our email relays:

     

    ord.relay.smartsheet.com

    iad.relay.smartsheet.com
