Dynamic View - Multiple Viewers

I would like to allow multiple viewers per row. It does not work with a Contact Multi-select field and you are not allowed to add more than one contact column to the Restrict View option. Any suggestions other than creating 4+ separate views? I would like a team to be able to view anything for the team. Teams vary greatly and groups is definitely not the answer.
