Permissions for a Linked Sheet/Report
We have 1 workspace with folders for all our projects. I've created a linked sheet that provides summary status on all projects in that Workspace. I've then created a report to send out to my management team. The management team the report goes to does NOT have access to the Workspace. After sharing the report, I'm being told they are only seeing a blank sheet.
Is this correct? Is the data viewable in a report tied to the permissions related to the source data?

Yes and no.
For a standard report, yes. They would need at least Viewer permissions to the source.
If you did not wan to share the source data, you can Publish the report and give them the Published Link.
