Microsoft Teams Integration Problems
We followed the steps to allow access for the integration as found on the smartsheet help pages. It was allowed, and shows success. We are able to add tabs to display our various Smartsheet items (dashboards, plans, etc.), and direct messages are working.
The problem is with Team Channel Alerts. They do not work, even after trying multiple different workflows and creating test channels with different pages (just to make sure). In some instances, if the channel was private..it was not showing as available to install the bot into.
That is our problem, we cannot get the alerts or updates to a channel to show up in the channel.
