Workflow automation

Hi Guys,

I have set up a workflow automation on a pre populated sheet.

I am only receiving the alerts to approve on new entries being made via forms all the existing rows are not getting altered for approval.

I have ensured that the trigger is set to when row are added or changed

Is there any advice to get older row to trigger? have refreshed the page checked all my settings are correct etc.. already

Hi Sean,

First, make sure that you have allowed yourself to receive notifications properly in your Personal Settings (circle/profile in the upper right corner) and secondly check the Permission setting for the Automations. (cog in the top right corner in the Automation overview)
