Create report based on Activity Log

I have users entering data into a form containing sales leads. over time the "status" column will change from "requested" to "sold". I want to report on all records marked as sold after 1/1/2020. I was thinking hte activity log is tracking this change already but doesn't look possible to create a report based on the activity log. What is the next best solution?

Hi Joe,

You can maybe export it to excel and report from there.

There is also a premium add-on, Event Reporting that can provide you with much more information.

You could probably solve it using a Workflow automation.

Create a new column in your sheet called something like: "Date Sold".

Create a workflow: Trigger whenever the "Status" changes to Sold,

At the trigger, add date to that column "Date sold".

Hide the column.

Create a list report, using that column as a filter (where date 1/1/2020).
