Automation in forms

Hi,

I am trying to create a 30/60/90 day check-in form that would be accessed by managers to fill out their portion & when they are done, I would like the form to go to the employee to fill out their section of the form but I am not sure if this is even possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Ileana,

I'd recommend using an automatic update request workflow instead.
