Restrict Editing for Select Users for Select Columns

Is this scenario possible:

As the owner of a sheet, I grant Editor access to 10 people. Of those 10 people, I want 7 of them to be able to edit anything in the sheet but I want to prevent 3 of them from being able to edit 3 specific columns.

A solution that would be perfect for this use-case is the premium add-on, Dynamic View.

Is that an option?
