Why can't I take a photo to add to field

When trying to add a photo on both iPad and iPhone, the camera opens but will not take a photo, the shutter button is greyed out. How do I take a photo?

• Where are you trying to add the picture?
• What type of cell?
• Is the column/row locked?
• Are you the owner of the sheet?

Can you maybe share some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)
